Policies:
Children under the age of 18 who wish to receive a massage must have parental consent. Children under the age of 16 must have a parent present during the massage appointment.
For the consideration of any other clients, no child under the age of 12 may be left unattended in the waiting room and must accompany you during your massage session.
Booking policy:
Late arrivals: As a courtesy to all my client it is my goal to remain on time with all appointments, late arrivals will not receive an extension of service time unless there is some time available. and will be responsible for full rate fee.
Cancellation policy: I require 24-hour notice in the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me time to book clients that might be on a waiting list. All no-shows or late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service booked.
Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact me and I will promptly address your concerns.
