Wes wants you to know what to expect from a massage session so that you feel completely comfortable before you arrive.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your therapist and asked to complete a health history form. You are welcome to download the form here and complete it prior to your visit. Please fill out the form, print and bring with you to your first visit.

After being shown to the massage room, Wes will assess your needs and discuss with you your motivation for getting a massage and your wellness goals. Information concerning your physical condition, medical history, stress, medications and recent injuries will be discussed, as well as how they may affect your massage.

A massage is usually executed using oils or lotion. If you are allergic to any oils, lotions or smells, please inform me before your session.

Above all, I would want you to be comfortable during your massage session. Prior to your massage, I will ask you to remove your clothing down to your comfort level. Then I will then leave the room while you undress and remove any jewelry or other items that might interfere with your massage. Remove only as much as you are comfortable removing. Once you are undressed, lie on the massage table underneath the sheet. Draping is required during a massage, so the sheet or blanket will cover your body at all times, with the exception of the part of your body that is being massaged.

If at any time during the massage you are uncomfortable, need a pillow or blanket, feel the pressure being used is too much or too little, or have any other concerns, please let me know. Depending on your needs, I will massage either the full body (except for your private areas) or only specific areas that need attention. Once your session is completed, your therapist will leave the room to allow you to dress in privacy.

Be prepared to drink extra water following your massage. Your hydration is important following the removal of toxins from your body.
